ServiceNow + ITIL = Cert Goodness

Since my last post I have completed the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator training course. I have the voucher so I can take the exam for the ceritfication. Yay!

Now look, I’m bored with online training just as much as the next person. But this particular training was broken down into small pieces of 15-20 minutes each. There were videos, activities, matching, and a variety of instructional modules. It was actually really, really good. I highly recommend it.

I also have *drumroll* completed my ITIL certification! WHOOOOOO!!! I’m incredible. I’m so proud of me. Where’s the mic? I’d like to thank God and mySELF! Lol I seriously spent so much time studying and reviewing practice tests and study guides and then I went and passed the test. It was surreal.

Also, there was a weird drop when I was done. I didn’t get 100% or even 90%. I felt really strange because while I passed I felt… like I didn’t do so well. I know I know the material and I know testing is different than real life but it took a while for me to be excited about it. I’ve been told I’ma perfectionist and they might be right. But I’m here now! Please clap.

Now I need to work back through the ServiceNow material and get that cert. Plus, I’m going to get the CompTia Security+ cert within 90 days. I downloaded the CompTia app and it’s a great study tool for me, who has no previous knowledge of it.

Let’s gooooo!!!!!!!
